My 'not so wonderful' experience With Scottish Power

My original Bill through Scottish Power was £1043.61. This was for 95 days of Gas.
This was the agreed rate when agreeing to switch my provider.

My Later Bill through Scottish Power was £3548.53. This was 90 days gas.
The was no notice from Scottish Power that they were to increase the amount I pay fo my gas, they just sent me the bill.

After complaining many times to Scottish Power there still has been no reply. I have tried changing gas companies but they are blocking the switch.
