My 'not so wonderful' experience With Scottish Power

My original Bill through Scottish Power was £406.50. This was charged at 7.5000p.
This was the agreed rate when agreeing to switch my provider.

My Later Bill through Scottish Power was £813.50. This was charged at 15.3000p.
The was no notice from Scottish Power that they were to increase the amount I pay fo my electricity, they just sent me the bill.

Now the Latest Bill of £1381.10 . This is for one months electricity. A lot of money considering we are only a small pub

After complaining many times to Scottish Power there still has been no reply. I have tried changing electric company but they are blocking the switch.
