Customer Service Director Not Bothered
Who put the ’con’ into the word ’consumer’? I was approached by a representative of Scottish Power last September who asked if I’d be interested in changing suppliers. I was with Npower at the time and quite satisfied with their service, so I said I wasn’t interested. He then said "What if I tell you that Scottish Power can supply your gas and electricity for £80 per month, capped until the end of 2009?". As I was paying £120 to Npower I replied that he suddenly had my interest, and duly signed up. I have just received a letter stating my DD will be increased from £80 per month to £254. A letter to the Customer Service Director was simply passed to a girl in the CS Dept who completely evaded the issue and did nothing. Anybody else experienced this and wonder if the press would be interested?
