| Scottish Power Warning |
A warning for all Scottish Power customers. I recently received a 3-month bill covering Aug 20 to Nov 11. During that period my fixed price tariff ended on Nov 1st. The bill I received had the whole 3-month period fitted in from Nov 1 to Nov 11 at the new increased prices! A quick phone call sorted out the problem, and my bill was adjusted correctly. This may have happened just to me, but as the bills are generated by machine, more people could be affected. So, if you were on a lower price prior to Nov 1, please check your bill! Phil.
