Like many people, the volatile nature of the energy market means that i keep much more of a watchful eye on my use of power. Scottish Power maybe be competitive on price, but their customer service is absolutely appalling. For a start, they’re very keen to send the ’heavy mob’ letters out threatening court action, even when it is their fault; their left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and the call centres will off you ’advice’ contradicting the information (from them) that you have in your hand. But what REALLY annoys me are *some* of the operators who need little provocation to start SHOUTING down the phone at you! Time to switch.
