Power - Can Seriously Damage Your Wealth

| Can’t handle complicated requests like setting up an account! |
Despite good reviews I have seen elsewhere Scottish Power has an abismal level of customer service, they can’t even do the simplest of tasks like setting up an account, they just send automated emails to complaints without properly reading them or investigating them. And they expect us to pay them to make a complaint on the phone (0845 number). This company is not interested in their customers at all.
They may be cheap but they’re awful!
