Computer says no!
I have found Scottish Power to be masters in the art of deceving their customers. They have constantly changed my monthly direct payments and have even doubled it informing they had "forgotten" to bill me for 6 months. How you you "forget" to bill a customer with automated systems?! They have just increased my bill by another 42% suggesting that I shall be using more fuel this year and have calculated that I will be using another £600 a year more! How? Why? I have asked them to re-calculate the bill, but the customer "care" advisor has told me that the computer system "does" the bills and she couldn’t change any details! Time to move!
