Dreadful company
As with another review of ScottishPower I have to agree that this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I moved into a new flat in 1999 and writing this in June 2001 I have not received a bill for gas or electricity. This is not through lack of trying! I have phoned them over a dozen times, written several letters and lodged a complaint via the national consumer body. They make efforts to sort things out but always end up bungling it. They have so many departments that do not communicate.

Obviously I have no idea what their prices are like. However you do NOT want to use this company if you ever want to retain your sanity. IMO!
