| I hate Scottish Power Theives |
have been with Scottish power for the last 25 years, yet it may have been known under a different name. Where I live now I have storage heaters and if you look up the net you will find they are not worh a F**K. Scottish Power in there dilluded wisdom have installed a systen that suggest the temperature of my flat via the heaters is contrilled fron outside? Considering for the last year, taken into account my heaters were off for 3 months having good weather, which no doubt Scottish Power will reap financial revenge on all users. On switching heating back on due to winter setting in I was stuck with my flat at 15 degrees. Telephoned Scottish Power and could not talk to automated voice unless I was trained with a BBC accent, this cost me £9.80 in phone bills. I emailed Scottish Power and advised them that I would deduct from my telephone bill from my next Scottish Power bill. I would advise other complainers to Scottish Power to do same, sooner Scottish Power get there act together, build a better phone set up and not use every excuse to screw its users just to fill the pockets of the shareholders. I was also told that it would take 12 days before they could send and engineer to my flat, reason? it was not an emergeny. So I have to sit here all wrapped up in a flat reading a temperature of 15 degrees like some Fu***ng Russian political prisoner in the `Gulag`. Remember users, you have the power, do nothing and suffer.
