| Their customer service is appalling. |
They have several numbers you can call, and after about 2 minutes of checking security details they then tell you "we are dealing with a high number of calls" and cut you off! That’s right, they hang up the phone. I’ve tried at various times of day and evening, and always get the same response. You cannot even complain, as the complaint number does the same thing! You can email them, and they promise to reply within 8 weeks! They are so cheap they can’t even afford a telephone queuing system. Quite the worst customer service of all the utility companies. Shocking in every sense.
