we swithed over to scottish power from british gas on the promise of cheaper bills,we have had nothing but trouble,
we were kept waiting for over 80 minutes on the phone
then we took the advice given over the phone ,we still had the same problem, when we rang again we were told that we were ill advised by the person on the phone. we still have the original problem unresolved.
SCOTTISH POWER ARE A JOKE. KEEP AWAY.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..
UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.IT MAY BE CHEAPER BUT THE SERVICE IS SO BAD..
