Rubbish Service and bad prices
Scottish Power has got to be the worst electric and gas supplier out there at the moment. I just got rid of them last month and i am so thankful that i have. When i signed up with them back early last year they seemed decent to be with. One issue i had was getting through to them on the phone to open my account. I could not get through to them because the only people who could were people with account numbers!

When i managed to get the old account number it took ages for me to get my call answered. Estimated time it probably took them to answer the call was 20 minutes or more. My account was set up and i was told if i logged in online to my account i would get a discount.

No such thing as a discount with Scottish Power it seems my bills in the 6 months of being with them was so high! I even stopped using my heating a lot and noticed the price was still the same. I used to give them a meter reading and all the time the price would go up.

I got fed up of them in Feb so i changed to E ON now. Got a letter yesterday of them asking for 90 pounds for gas used than less in a month. This is a estimated bill and to be honest i have hardly used the gas in the house in the last month. Scottish Power are the worst suppliers for gas and electric is what i think of them.
