High Price Poor Service
Most of you will already know what Scottish Power do as they provide gas and electric. Here is my story of what has just happened to me today yes today with them. I was with them from November last year to March this year. I paid all my final bills of to them and was told my account would be shut down.

To my huge surprise this morning i saw a letter from a debt company which was sent just two days ago it seems like. Telling me i had to pay for the same bills which i already had paid for! Been on the phone this morning to them yet no adviser would give a good reason for why this had happened.

Its been past a month since paying them for my bill yet still no reason has been given by them why i got a debt letter. I got rid of them last month and its sad to see a pathetic company telling a debt company for me to pay up for bills i have paid for.

Scottish Power have been so expensive in the months i have been with them. I have never used such a horrible company with the charges and also on the phone. Seriously people need to stay away from them because of their high charges and their poor service on the phone just makes them THE WORST SUPPLIER FOR GAS AND ELECTRIC!
